Delivery, shipping & tracking
For a delivery in France, Belgium or Luxembourg, it is possible to choose a delivery in relay points (via Mondial Relay) as well as a delivery at home.
The express delivery is also available for France!
For all the other countries of the world, only a delivery at home is possible.
Our approximate delivery times are as follows:
- France: 2 to 3 working days with tracking (via Colis Privé or Colissimo depending on postal codes).
- European Union member countries: 3 to 4 working days with tracking (via B2C Europe).
- Switzerland: 5 to 6 working days with tracking (via Colissimo Expert International).
- Rest of the world: 5 to 15 working days with tracking depending on destination.
For standard size products (All except Levitate Bar, Elevation Bars and Dip Bars)
Free delivery from 40€ in relay point for France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Free delivery at home from 60€ of order, otherwise 7€ of shipping costs for :
France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom.
For the rest of the countries, the shipping costs will be automatically updated according to the destination and the weight of the order !
For oversized products (Levitate Bar, Elevation Bars and Dip Bars)
Free delivery for : France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom.
For Switzerland, the rate will update automatically according to the weight of the items in the order.
Delivery at the rate of 20€ for: Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver these oversized products to other countries.
Delivery in relay point is also available in France, Belgium and Luxembourg via Mondial Relay.
Our products are shipped from France, a member of the European Union.
Therefore, deliveries to EU member countries are not subject to any tax or other customs duties.
However, for a delivery to a country outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), customs fees may be charged to the customer, usually depending on the value of the goods. We have no control over any customs fees charged, nor can we provide an estimate.

Our products can be returned free of charge within 30 days 🎉 (heavy products such as Levitate Bar/Dip Bars/Elevation Bars are subject to a return fee)
It is possible that your order will be sent in several shipments.
This is especially the case when your order contains a pre-order item or a large product (such as our Levitate Bar, Dip Bars and Elevation Bars) that must be shipped separately.
