Delivery, shipping & tracking
For delivery in France, Belgium ou Luxembourg, it is possible to choose delivery to relay points (via Mondial Relay) as well as home delivery.
Express delivery is also available for France!
For all other countries in the world, only home delivery is possible.
Our approximate delivery times are as follows:
- France : 2 to 3 working days with follow-up (by Colis Privé or Colissimo depending on the postal codes).
- Member countries of the European Union : 3 to 4 working days with follow-up (via B2C Europe).
- Switzerland : 5 to 6 working days with follow-up (via Colissimo Expert International).
- Rest of the world : 5 to 15 working days with follow-up depending on the destinations.
For standard size products (All except Levitate Bar, Elevation Bars and Dip Bars)
Free Shipping from 40 € as a relay point for France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Free home delivery from 60€ of order, otherwise 7€ of shipping costs for:
France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom.
For the rest of the countries, the shipping costs will automatically update according to the destination and the weight of the order!
For oversized products (Levitate Bars, Elevation Bars and Dip Bars)
Free Shipping for: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom.
For Switzerland, the price will be updated automatically according to the weight of the items in the order.
Delivery at a rate of 20 € for: Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship these oversized products to other countries.
Delivery to a relay point is also available in France, Belgium and Luxembourg via Mondial Relay.
Our products are shipped from France, member country of the European Union.
As a result, deliveries to EU member countries are not subject to any taxes or other customs duties.
However, for delivery to a country outside the EU (eg Switzerland), customs fees may be charged to the customer, generally depending on the value of the goods. We have no control over customs fees charged, nor the ability to provide an estimate.

Our products can be returned for free within 30 days 🎉 (heavy products such as Levitate Bar/Dip Bars/Elevation Bars are subject to chargeable return)
It is indeed possible that your order will be sent in several shipments.
This is particularly the case when it contains a pre-order item or a bulky product (such as our Levitate Bar, Dip Bars et Elevation Bars) which must be shipped separately.
As a first step, we invite you to check in your inbox as well as in the section spam / junk mail that no confirmation email has been received.
