Why Trustpilot?

What is TrustScore?
Based on the reviews we receive, Trustpilot calculates the TrustScore for each company, enabling us to assess our reputation.
This is a global measure of customer satisfaction, based on all the reviews we receive. It is calculated on a scale of 1 to 5.
