# 43 - How To Lose Fat Without Counting Calories

Episode 43 - How do you manage occasional weight gain, such as when you come back to school? And how do we find the process in the middle and our own so as not to feel deprived and constrained?

This is what I discuss in this episode, based on my own holiday weight gain, which I was able to properly reduce over the next 3 weeks, without counting my calories or depriving myself more than that.

I list a good part of my day-to-day weight loss strategies, making it as bearable and subconscious as possible, but then I also talk about the trade-offs that are made when you decide to measure things less.

Good listening ! 😃

Very good episode but on the other hand (like many other episodes) it takes too long to start and it drags on. I don't know if it's a desire to reach a certain length for the YouTube algo or another app hosting the episodes, but it often turns around the bush too much. I'm sure you would get even more listenings if you were more synthetic. There I ask myself the question “How to Lose Fat Without Counting Calories?”, I listen to the episode in several times (because long) and I end by not even knowing where to start

Good continuation
