FLAG & KO undertakes to protect the privacy of the Users of the Site by respecting the laws and regulations in force and in particular the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms ("the Data Protection Act ”) and European regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, which entered into force on May 25, 2018, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data (hereinafter referred to as "the GDPR").

FLAG & KO cannot be held responsible for the risks related to the functioning of the Internet network of the User. It is up to the User to ensure that means are put in place to secure his internet network.

In the event of unauthorized access to his Personal Account by a third party, the User must inform FLAG & KO by email at the address boutique@ericflag.com.

  1. MINOR USER UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE

The Site does not target Users who are minors under the age of 16 without being prohibited from this audience as long as it does not present content prohibited to minors under 16.

FLAG & KO does not intentionally use any Personal Data of a User under the age of 16.

In the event that personal information relating to a User under the age of 16 has been collected by FLAG & KO, the latter's legal representative may contact FLAG & KO in order to access, rectify, complete, update up to date or delete this data under the same conditions as those provided for in Article 6 of this Charter.
