Have you changed your mind and no longer want your product?
- If you have not yet received your order and it is still on the way, we invite you to refuse the package on delivery : it will then be returned to us automatically and we will proceed to a refund of the order ! Please send us an email to email@example.com to alert us to the situation.
- If the order has been received, please do not open it and contact us within 30 days at firstname.lastname@example.org by giving us a package photo 😍
Regarding the Slide Bar:
We invite you to check carefully before ordering that the dimensions of the Slide Bar (mentioned in full on the product sheet) are suitable for the location where you plan to use it.
The shipping costs of this very large and heavy product are particularly expensive and could be withdrawn from your refund in the event of a return, if the reason is a problem of dimensions.
In other cases than those mentioned, please contact us by e-mail.
