Hi Eric,
Psychologically, your podcasts are good for me and I'm beginning to understand certain mechanisms.
I need to change physically, I have had my goal in mind for years, only I would like to understand why I have a round belly when I have always done sports, I am not very alcoholic.So I have a question: How do you determine if you have visceral or subcutaneous fat, are the two types of costs eliminated in the same way, if so what would be the most suitable method?
Does sleep play a big role? Knowing that I sleep little per night. On average 5 to 6 hours.
