Shipping & Returns
For a delivery in France, Belgium or Luxembourg, it is possible to choose a delivery in relay points (via Mondial Relay) as well as a delivery at home.
For all other countries in the world, only home delivery is possible.
Our approximate delivery times are as follows:
2 to 3 working days with tracking (by Colis Privé or Colissimo depending on postal codes).
European Union countries
4 to 5 working days with tracking (via B2C Europe).
5 to 6 working days with tracking (via Colissimo Expert International).
Rest of the world
5 to 15 working days with tracking depending on destination.
As soon as your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you. This contains a tracking link that will enable you to follow the delivery of your parcel.

Our products are shipped from France, a member of the European Union. Consequently, deliveries to EU member countries are not subject to any taxes or other customs duties.
However, for deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), customs charges may be invoiced to the customer, generally depending on the value of the goods. Unfortunately we have no control over the customs fees charged, nor can we provide an estimate.
