Hi Eric,

Psychologically, you're a podcast that makes me feel good and I'm starting to understand certain mechanisms.

I have to change physically, I have had my goal in mind for years, only I would like to understand why I have a round stomach when I have always done sports, I am not very alcoholic.

So I have a question: How to determine if we have visceral or subcutaneous fat, are the two types of costs eliminated in the same way, if so, it would be the most suitable method?

Does sleep play a lot? knowing that I sleep little at night. On average 5 to 6 hours.
