Hello Eric,

I just discovered your podcast which is really a mine of information for me who is starting bodybuilding! Thank you very much for everything you share!
In your podcast, the fundamentals of building muscle, you talk about a table and episode notes but when I arrive on the page in question, I only see the podcast. Is it normal ?
