For delivery in France, Belgium or Luxembourg, it is possible to choose delivery to relay points (via Mondial Relay) as well as home delivery.

For all other countries in the world, only home delivery is possible.

Our approximate delivery times are as follows:

- France : 2 to 3 working days with follow-up (by Colis Privé or Colissimo depending on the postal codes).

- Member countries of the European Union : 4 to 5 working days with follow-up (via B2C Europe).

- Switzerland : 5 to 6 working days with follow-up (via Colissimo Expert International).

- Rest of the world : 5 to 15 working days with follow-up depending on the destinations.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship these oversized products to other countries.

Delivery to a relay point is also available in France, Belgium and Luxembourg via Mondial Relay.
