I answer all of these questions in this episode, by first tracing my own 8-year journey of indoor bodybuilding before gradually transitioning to Bodyweight & Street Workout. 

I then end with a detailed comparison between the two disciplines, to better determine which one would be the most appropriate according to the situation and the objectives of each one.
