Hi Eric, I just listened to your podcast and I think it's great that you talk about your experience on this subject! In my opinion this feeling comes to more people than you think, but it's true that it's not an easy subject to broach, who knows, maybe if you tell some people in your family about it or to your friends you would be surprised! 😁
A lot of people keep this to themselves mainly for fear of not being understood I think. Because when that happens, it's so strong that you want everyone to be in your head to understand the trick! As you say you want to share it and shout it out loud and clear. But precisely, it's so strong that we can hardly find the words to try to give a semblance of a sample of what it really is.
Personally, it also happened to me several times to feel this kind of plenitude, the last time was in the countryside, there were 3 of us in a big house, at the New Year, the landscape was a magnificent white, the snow was falling outside my friend was playing the piano and everything was perfect. It was crazy. Really crazy it was so good. As if you will be bored of the moment.
On top of that, it happened during a period when I was graduating, so very stressful. Yet, at that precise moment, there were no problems. 😂
I don't know much about it, I don't know if it's possible to experience that with several people or whatever, but I promised myself to do some research on it. In the meantime, I note Frédéric Lenoir's ref.
In short, thank you for this very inspiring and inspiring podcast, and for everything you do alongside! 🌟
