I retrace the reflection offered by the author to try to see more clearly in our own quest for meaning, which involves the study of this sentence and the discovery of the 3 words that seem to summarize it.
I also detail a psychologist-acclaimed model that breaks this quest down into 4 steps and I reflect out loud about my own situation in all of this.
Hoping it can help you on your side,
Good listening ! 😃

Good morning or good evening,
another excellent episode, your podcast is awesome so don't stop above all else :), I love hearing you talk to your microphone and the interviews are also “stylish”.
This episode and its content make me think back to a film (I hesitate between the return of the living dead 3 and Candyman, it is perhaps another of the same kind) in which one of the characters, a very enlightened tramp for the suddenly said “we all have something within us, the important thing is to get it out” as well as a sentence read in a book “to know what we want and do everything to get it” . Is this really the recipe for happiness?
This leads, when we think about it, to ask the question of the determinism of the universe in general and the destiny of individuals in particular as you did with Elio, because if we MUST realize our destiny: to be only happy ? Happiness would be a kind of “currency” of the universe that we receive without realizing it when we follow HIS own line, that is to say the one that would have been assigned / attributed to us, and therefore to do you really have a choice? Do we condemn ourselves to a life of misfortune if we don't follow the scenario? In the terrible hell of religions?
I invite people who will read this, so I hope Mr Flag himself, to think about it, is there any moment when you felt depressed, without any desire or motivation, to get bored trying to do one thing after another while counting back into the flow to make you realize that no, that is still not it?
Could this be what we feel when we deviate from our “rails”? Could be a good podcast / debate topic :).
