You have changed your mind and don't want your product anymore?
- If you have not yet received your order and it is still on its way, we invite you to refuse the package upon delivery: it will then be returned to us automatically and we will proceed to a refund of the order! Nevertheless, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the situation.
- If the order has been received, please do not open it and contact us within 30 days at email@example.com with a picture of the package 😍
About the Slide Bar:
Please check before ordering that the dimensions of the Slide Bar(mentioned in full on the product sheet) are suitable for the location where you plan to use it.
The shipping costs of this very bulky and heavy product are particularly expensive and could be withdrawn from your refund in case of return, if the reason is a problem of dimensions.
