Welcome to this new blog post dedicated to the importance of ballast in order to progress more. 

All sportsmen know it: after a certain time of practice in bodybuilding, our body gets usedactivities become more and more easy and training are not more as efficient to continue to progress… it is at this present moment that weight down becomes extremely effective et important.

    We advise you togradually increase your loads, putting very heavy from the beginning will lead to possible risks of injury... so be patient :) 

    When you achieve between 8 and 10 repetitions for exercises such as pull-ups and dips (exercises that benefit most from the interest of the weight), put more weight and repeat this routine when you reach this number of repetitions. 

    If you want to gain in explosiveness and strength, it will be necessary to perform a number of repetitions generally between et of your Pigmentation, it is the best technique to win in these points.

    FOR WHICH EXERCISES IS IT IMPORTANT TO BE WEIGHTED?  


    As mentioned above, weight is ideal for bodyweight exercises. The tractions and dips are the two main ones that benefit the most from an overload, they make it possible to work entire upper body.


    But that's not all ! Having a developed physique in the upper body is good, but if the bottom is not proportional it will be very unattractive. With a fitted weight vest you can make many squats to work your quadriceps, it is also possible to train your calves by positioning yourself on a block, placing the front of your feet on it and performing climbs and descents.
